Introduction to Graphic Design

In this course, I developed a comprehensive understanding of visual communication by engaging in hands-on projects such as designing a professional logotype, creating a portfolio website, and producing dynamic social media content and interactive storytelling. Through these assignments, I mastered design fundamentals, honed technical skills in industry-standard software, and learned to apply design thinking principles to create compelling, user-centered visuals.

Social Media Design

I researched a topic of choice, fall foliage in the United States, and created a story carousel to present my information to an audience. Using Adobe Express, I made the story content and an infographic to display peak fall foliage times.

Scroll Story Design

Using Figma, I adapted my Social Media Design content into a scroller story.
